Donate needed items

ARRC does not take cash donations, but we need the following items on a regular basis. Please reach out to us if you have any of these items available for pickup or it would be even better if you can drop them off at the centre.

  • Old Newspapers - must be clean, not soiled with food, oils or any solvents
  • Old Clothes - torn are fine, but must be clean and unsoiled
  • Cardboard Boxes - must be clean, not soiled or torn
  • Old furniture or vessels - must be in reasonably good condition. Please wait for ARRC confirmation before bringing.

Locate release sites

Are you an avid birder/nature lover ? Perhaps you can help us spot sites where stable populations of birds/animals are observed. For e.g. water birds like herons are flocking birds and roost in certain trees. The likelihood of a successful release is much higher if the rehabilitated bird is released at a location where it can rejoin the flock. ARRC would very much appreciate any up-to-date bird sighting data from the bird-watching community, which might be useful for releases. Please contact us for more details.
